The Metropolitan Police have launched an appeal after a man illegally entered the Tower of London last month.
The man can be seen on grainy CCTV walking through the famous landmark that houses the world famous crown jewels, which are worth up to £5bn.
According to police, the man was seen walking around the grounds at around 10.50pm on Saturday 6 April – hours after it closed.
He was approached and challenged by security at the Tower of London but managed to make off.
The unknown man was last seen climbing down towards the shore of the River Thames near St Katherine Dock, on the northern bank.
Officers say that they are also concerned for the welfare of the man and are asking any one who recognises him to contact the police.
No arrests have yet been made.
The world famous landmark has been around since 1100 as a prison and was in use until 1952, when the Kray Twins became the last people to be held there.
Today, it is a major tourist attraction in London.
