Three men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a car was driven at a group of people in southwest London.

The group were driven at as they left a hotel in Battersea at 11.15pm on Saturday.

A fight began soon afterwards and a further four men were arrested on suspicion of affray, police said.

Seven people were injured – one man suffered a broken leg and was taken to hospital.

The others had minor injuries.


The seven people arrested are all in police custody and enquiries continue.

Police said the incident was not terrorism-related.
