Mike started DJing at the age of 16, buying euphoric trance on vinyl. At 18 he went to The University
of Exeter where one night he ended up at the infamous ‘Cavern’ venue and discovered the world of
drum & bass.
Since then Mike hasn’t looked back and started spinning everything under the ‘bass music’ genre,
from breakbeat and electro to dubstep and d&b.
Over the years Mike has DJed alongside the hottest DJs in that field including, Pendulum, Chase and
Status, MistaJam (1xtra), Eddy Temple-Morris, Kissy Sell-out, Judge Jules, Soul Of Man, Danny Byrd,
Gash DJs and Dirty Sanchez. Over the years Mike has played to thousands of people including
numerous large scale events including the Urban Stage at Bournemouth University’s Summer Ball,
We Are You Friends – Block Party and 3rd Birthday, as well as hosting the opening night for the
Animal Windfest on Sandbanks beach in Poole in 2008.
Outside of DJing, Mike works at the forefront of the music world, promoting records to club DJs and
radio presenters. This includes tracks from Kanye West, Chase and Status, M.I.A, Maximum Balloon,
N.E.R.D, Black Eyed Peas, LMFAO, Tinie Tempah, Ellie Goulding, Chiddy Bang, Lana Del Rey,
Timbaland and Rihanna.

Host and creator of House Central (Club night and Radio Show), Jay Forster has been rooted in the
UK Dance Music scene for over half a decade. Having presented a weekly dance show for over 8
years, his syndicated House Music show now airs on over 80 stations round the world to over 4
million listeners every week.
Regarded as one of the top tastemakers in the UK Dance scene and one of the fastest growing
names in House music, Jay has rocked dance floors across the UK and Europe.
2014 sees a serious push by Jay into music production and his latest remixes and original
productions can be found on his soundcloud. (
Through hosting parties at college Jay was able to hone his DJing skills, and once 18, began DJing
at the clubs around his local area and holding down residencies across the south coast.
In 2005 Jay was hitting the decks in the sun in Ibiza, playing in the bars of the West End. In 2007 he
moved down the road to the world famous Cafe Mambo where he presented his radio show live back
to the UK.
Recently Jay has spent several years successfully focusing on producing at BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra,
working alongside some of the biggest names in UK Dance & Urban culture (including Pete Tong,
Dave Pearce, & Judge Jules). At the same time he has continued to work hard at Djing and music
production which culminated with a successful summer in 2013, coming 2
in the UK at the Movida
Corona DJ Competition and gigs at Pacha London, Ministry of Sound, Pukka Up Ibiza and the
Terrace at Amnesia, to name but a few.
